Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Patient Success Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting patients throughout their journey, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience. Your responsibilities will include assisting patients with non-billing-related matters, addressing their needs with care, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providing guidance and support for non-billing-related inquiries.
- Assist patients with test status updates, patient portal login issues, questions about testing services, and coordinating redraws for blood samples.
- Manage inbound calls and live chats to deliver timely and effective assistance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve patient inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions using Salesforce CRM.
- Identify and escalate potential issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the patient experience.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and standard office applications.
- Empathy and a patient-centered approach to service.
