About this role

Lincoln Tech is looking for a Registrar to join our team and play a key role in supporting student academic records and registrar operations across our Lincoln campuses. You'll work alongside a collaborative, versatile team — partnering with campus staff, functional leaders, and the broader Corporate Education team to keep our students' academic journeys on track.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate, compliant student records across all Lincoln campuses
  • Manage student status changes, course scheduling, registration, and academic records
  • Respond to service requests through our ticketing system and serve as a go-to resource for campus Registrar and Student Services staff
  • Generate reports, support campus training, and help disseminate best practices organization-wide
  • Stay current on regulatory requirements affecting school operations
  • other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an education setting; 5+ years preferred
  • Prior experience as a Campus Registrar strongly preferred
  • Web Client proficiency preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Comfortable reading and interpreting federal, state, and accreditation regulations
  • Travel required
