Help Build the Next Generation of Data Center Technicians

We're looking for experienced HVAC, controls, BAS, chiller, or critical cooling technicians who want to pass their knowledge on to the next generation.

This program prepares students for careers supporting data center cooling systems, controls technology, and mission-critical infrastructure. You'll bring real-world experience into a hands-on training environment where students learn by doing.

What You'll Teach

HVAC Controls & Building Automation Systems (BAS)
Chilled Water & Cooling Infrastructure
Electrical Troubleshooting & Diagnostics
DDC Controls, Sensors & Actuators
Networking Fundamentals & System Integration
Safe Work Practices & Industry Standards

What We're Looking For

  • Experience with HVAC controls, BAS, HVAC service, or cooling systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to mentor and lead by example
  • Comfortable working with technology and technical documentation

No teaching experience required. Industry experience matters most.
