We are seeking an Assistant Director of Field Admissions to collaborate with the Director of Field Admissions in steering our talented team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in overseeing the admissions process and providing valuable mentorship to our sales force.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • 1+ years of experience in Business, Counseling, Education, or Marketing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CampusVue
  • Ability to read and interpret documents pertaining to both internal and external policies
Responsibilities
  • Assist with hiring sales representatives as well as training and growing the admissions team
  • Conduct a career planning session with each candidate as well as ensure the completion of all enrollment paperwork
  • Evaluate and resolve student inquiries, issues, and problems relating to the admissions process and ensure appropriate action is taken
  • Direct and motivate the team to achieve maximum conversion rate
  • Coordinate with all departments on campus to plan events, on and off campus, to increase recruitment efforts
  • Assist the Director of Admissions to ensure that all admissions activity is documented in the school's official tracking system, and reported to the appropriate personnel
