Assistant Director of Field Admissions

We are seeking an Assistant Director of Field Admissions to collaborate with the Director of Field Admissions in steering our talented team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in overseeing the admissions process and providing valuable mentorship to our sales force.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 1+ years of experience in Business, Counseling, Education, or Marketing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CampusVue
- Ability to read and interpret documents pertaining to both internal and external policies
- Assist with hiring sales representatives as well as training and growing the admissions team
- Conduct a career planning session with each candidate as well as ensure the completion of all enrollment paperwork
- Evaluate and resolve student inquiries, issues, and problems relating to the admissions process and ensure appropriate action is taken
- Direct and motivate the team to achieve maximum conversion rate
- Coordinate with all departments on campus to plan events, on and off campus, to increase recruitment efforts
- Assist the Director of Admissions to ensure that all admissions activity is documented in the school's official tracking system, and reported to the appropriate personnel
