TRUCK SKILLED DRIVER
About this role
Job Role & Tasks:
- Use own understanding of NFP business environment and objectives and interpret and apply internal policies and procedures.
- Communicate and deliver information in a business context both verbally and in writing in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner.
- Monitor, collect and interpret a range of raw data from various sources, evaluate/analyze results and create reports to assist decision-making process in various aspects of work at Napco.
- Know and use National and Foreign languages both spoken and written.
- Organize and plan work/project activities to efficiently accomplish tasks and meet short- & long-term objectives.
- Understand and effectively use standard equipment and office automation systems and software.
- Know traffic signs, symbols, laws, work area, correct routes to take and loading /unloading procedures; know vehicle capacity and the different methods of securing and covering loads such as different kinds of knots and using chains, locks and straps. Safely operate Vehicles (car, forklift, truck, etc..) in compliance with safety regulations (OSHA, road code, etc.).
- Apply safety guidelines and work in a safely manner for storing/ using tools and equipment without any risk on self and others.
- Know housekeeping and sanitary techniques and maintain a safe, clean and healthy workplace environment.
