Core Functional:

  • Business Acumen: Use own understanding of NFP business environment and objectives with the ability to interpret and apply internal policies and procedures - Intermediate Level. 
  • Communication: Communicate and deliver information in a business context both verbally and in writing in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner - Intermediate Level. 
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, collect and interpret a range of raw data from various sources, evaluate/analyze results and create reports to assist decision-making process in various aspects of work at NFP - Intermediate Level.
  • Language: Knowledge and use of National and Foreign languages both spoken and written - Intermediate Level. 
  • Planning & Organizing: Organize and plan work/project activities to efficiently accomplish tasks and meet short & long term objectives - Intermediate Level. 
  • Technological Ability: Understand and effectively use standard equipment and office automation systems and software - Intermediate Level. 

 

Technical Functional:

  • Key Performance Indicators: Identify and set Key Performance Indicators for measuring & controlling the process of Quality Control to ensure production of products with highest level of quality to meet the highest level of our customer satisfaction - Basic Level. 
  • Machine Operation: Operate all steps and activities for a required production machine according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or other instructions if applicable - Basic Level. 
  • Occupational Health and Safety: Apply local, regional, and international occupational health & safety policies, regulations, and the standards and procedures set forth by NAPCO. Understand and interpret legal requirements, regulations, and internal procedures, to protect humans, property and prevent Market losses - Basic Level. 
  • Process and Machine Testing: Test, inspect or benchmark predefined machine and process parameters in different QC labs, using simple to complex lab equipment, against performance and standard limits and according to engineering/procedural standards in order to uncover and address deviations from required specifications & standard limits and use the data to drive engineering and manufacturing process improvements to meet these specifications/standards - Expert Level. 
  • Product and Process Development: Create new and enhance existing products and/or processes, performance, and/or cost, as well as to conduct product and/or process trials, verifications, and validations, in order to safeguard product and/or process safety and performance in alignment with standards and regulations. Set testing criteria and non-conformity limits for the Quality Control process in line with customer requirements and product performance criteria - Advanced Level. 
  • Product Non- Conformity: Conduct or guide Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) on quality incidents or non-conforming products and suggest preventive and/or corrective actions - Expert Level. 
  • Quality Control: Inspect and test tools, spare parts, raw materials, work in progress, and finished products, using simple to complex lab equipment, against performance and standard limits and according to engineering/procedural standards in order to uncover and address deviations - Advanced Level.
