PROCESS IMPROVEMENT ENGINEER
About this role
1- Use own understanding of NFP business environment and objectives, and interpret and apply internal policies and procedures
2-Communicate and deliver information in a business context both verbally and in writing in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner
3-Monitor, collect and interpret a range of raw data from various sources, evaluate/analyze results and create reports to assist decision-making process in various aspects of work at NFP
4-Know and use National and Foreign languages both spoken and written
5-Organize and plan work/project activities to efficiently accomplish tasks and meet short & long term objectives
6-Understand and effectively use standard equipment and office automation systems and software
7-Gathers and analyzes data and effectively respond to new, complex or problematic situations; creates solutions that drive value for NFP and its customers, incorporating innovative approaches where relevant
8-Serves lead auditor to tutor, assist and evaluate Internal auditors
Conduct auditing and assessments for processes related activities in Napco Flexible Packaging Business Units and Shared Units to identify gaps and weaknesses
Assist the stakeholders to identify the Root Cause and set the action plan for the gaps.
Lead auditor certification in one or many Standards is a plus
9-Know about NPS and CSAT concepts.
Assist business unit to analyze customer survey and set action plans.
10-Know and implement Lean Manufacturing Principles: Just In Time (JIT), Six Sigma, Ishikawa, 5S, SMED, PDCA and other related tools.
11-Know management system related to occupational health and safety and to implement it.
Understand and interpret legal requirements, regulations and internal procedures, to protect humans, property and prevent Market losses.
12-Create and Update Indicators for measurement in line with organization objectives.
Assist stakeholder to analyze the measurement results.
13-Initiate, plan, execute, monitor /control, and close projects using the adequate resources, tools and techniques to meet deadlines, budget and quality.
14- Assist organization in executing the strategies set forth by the leadership.
15-Assist the food safety team leader to ensure that the food safety management system is established, implemented, maintained & updated.
Organize Food Safety Meetings and follow-up the execution of the action plan
Update the HACCP plan, in coordination with the concerned parties, upon any change that occur.
Conduct Floor rounds / SWAB test on employees and FG’s to ensure that the compliance with the Hygiene policy and the BRC requirements
Trained on the latest BRC issue.
16- Generate technical reports (PID reports, reports requested by leadership).
Generate and analyze quality figures.
17- Know Process Improvement Tools (Flowchart, Value Stream Mapping, Cause and Effect Analysis, etc.)
Propose and implement strategies to address complex systems changes
18-Diagnose improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools
Align processes, resources-planning and department goals with overall strategy
19-Efficiently interpret the requirements of any particular Standard and formulate the implementation methods to ensure compliance.
