OPERATOR
About this role
Job Responsibilities & Tasks Duties include but are not limited to :
• Facilitate the work of the Quality Inspector and ensure the conformity of the product requirements with the standard finished goods specs.
• Ensure proper cleaning of his line during the shift and month close.
• Fill in the daily production report & submit it to the Production Team Leader.
• Set the machine properly & perform size changes.
• Ensure the proper handling of raw material received-returned / from-to Raw Material warehouse.
• Verbally inform the Lead Operator and the Line Setter of any problem that occurs on the machine.
• Make sure all finished goods pallets, waste bin, waste trolley and raw material are in their dedicated place.
• Comply and follow safety and environmental instructions and participate in toolbox talks given by HSE officer.
• Consultation and participation at all applicable levels and functions ( ex. the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation and actions for improvement of the OH&S management system).
