FACILITY OFFICER
About this role
Job Description:
- Manage, monitor & follow up labor’s buses daily operation.
- Manage, monitor & follow up monthly buses invoices.
- Manage and monitor furniture and other assets stocks using CRM application and Qlik Sense.
- Manage, monitor, and issue purchase orders for HO/Housing over AX application and Qlik sense dashboard. Maintain housing dashboard up to date.
- Follow up with housing team leaders for maintenance orders status.
- Manage and monitor direct electrical & water bills with SCECO and National Water Company. Assist facilities in risk register needed logs.
- Maintain traceability of assets, furniture, fixtures, etc… Follow up with facilities team leaders for issued work orders status.
- Assist projects department with insurance CAR/EAR issuance and status.
- Manage & maintain CMMS dashboard.
