WHO IS NAPA?
JOB PURPOSE:
DUTIES:
- Build strong relationships with store teams and customers.
- Visit customers at their shops and farms.
- Coordinates outside sales activities among multiple stores.
- Monitor sales performance.
- Identifies new customers and revenue opportunities.
- Lead promotions at stores or on customer premises.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- Very comfortable striking up conversations.
- Previous sales experience and/or education preferred.
- Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with people.
- Ability to multi-task and is self-motivated.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to lift 60 pounds.
- Ability to stand and walk for entire work shift.
- Ability to bend and stoop to floor-level shelves.
- Ability to speak clearly, listen attentively.
