The Training Manager provides overall leadership and accountability with accountability to run the primary North America training center in Houston, overseeing various learner populations while ensuring intentional alignment across areas of overlap including but not limited to rig operations and technician development. 

This role leads the integration of technical (product line) and rig operations training, bringing product line and rig operations teams together to close technical capability gaps while also ensuring training supports real-world execution, operational readiness, and consistent performance in the field. 

The Manager is responsible for training delivery and continuous improvement across curriculum design, instructor development, competency assurance (CAMS), and administrative compliance. The role ensures all training content is accurate, standardized, and aligned with operational, technical, and safety requirements. 

In close partnership with Operations, QHSE, HR, and technical stakeholders—including Engineering and Product teams as applicable—the Training Center Manager ensures training reflects current operating conditions, equipment and system changes, and evolving performance needs, directly supporting workforce readiness and accelerated time-to-competency
