You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that improve all operations related to property acquisition, property launch, co-owner operations, and property management with the help of technology. Your role will be crucial in managing and optimizing the processes and automations that keep our operations running smoothly and scaling effectively - working closely with operations, finance, engineering and our product teams as well as our AI Champions in the operational teams.
Your mission
- Full ownership of the product platform, from strategy to shipping.
- Cross-team collaboration: driving alignment across teams org-wide.
- Roadmap ownership: shape and drive the product vision within the Product team.
- Potential team lead role for other product managers in the org.
Your profile
- AI-native builder, not just an AI endorser
Instinctively reaches for AI to move faster and think harder — planning, prototyping, research, analysis. Can vibe-code intermediate solutions to ship value without waiting on dev capacity. This is a core working method, not a nice-to-have. - Senior, hands-on PM who owns and ships end-to-end
Sets clear direction and takes full accountability — makes the call rather than waiting to be told what to build. Hands-on by default: writes the spec, digs through the data, sits with engineers and stakeholders. Ships, does not just direct. - ROI- and Data-driven, owns business-value KPIs
Grounds every prioritisation and trade-off in data and clear reasoning. Owns business-value KPIs directly rather than reporting on them. - High bias toward solutions and action
Proposes solutions, does not just surface problems. Maximum output for minimum effort — pragmatic about how value gets delivered. - Technical peer to engineers

At MYNE Homes, we make owning a dream holiday home affordable and effortless through our innovative Managed Co-Ownership model – offering true real estate ownership, not timeshare.
Most holiday homes are only used 6–10 weeks per year, yet buyers are still expected to cover 100% of the purchase price and running costs. That simply doesn’t make sense.
With MYNE, 2 to 8 co-owners with complementary usage preferences share ownership of a carefully selected premium property. Each MYNE co-owner holds real equity in the home – starting from 1/8 up to 4/8 ownership shares. You only pay for what you actually use – without compromising on comfort, flexibility, or the holiday experience.
