  • Radical Collaboration
  • Constructive confrontation
  • Adaptive execution
  • Collective ambition
  • Evolving expertise
  • Empathetic leadership

About the role

We're looking for a Product Designer to own the experience of a key area of our platform end to end — from the first customer insight to the shipped detail.

This is a design-led role. Your craft is the core of it: information architecture, interaction design, high-fidelity execution, and a design system you help sharpen. What makes it different from a classic product design job is how you work. You use AI to prototype in code, so your concepts arrive as working things people can click — not static screens waiting for interpretation. That shortens the distance between an idea and a decision, and it means your prototypes often become the spec.

You'll work directly with a small, senior engineering team and report to leadership. Few handoffs, short feedback loops, visible impact.

Responsibilities

  • Own the UX quality of your area — from IA and flows through to pixel-level execution.
  • Run discovery end to end: talk to customers, read the data, decide what's worth building.
  • Prototype fast with AI vibe-coding tools, test with real users, and validate before an engineering sprint is scoped.
  • Turn prototypes into clear specs engineers can build from, and stay close through the last mile.
  • Contribute to and strengthen our design system — concepts, principles, and consistent execution in production.
  • Use product metrics and user feedback to judge whether what shipped actually worked.

Qualifications

Your core strength: design

  • 5+ years designing digital products, with a portfolio that shows end-to-end thinking — insight to shipped experience
  • High proficiency in Figma, including component and design system work
  • Strong interaction and visual craft; you care about the details others skip

Your working foundation

  • Hands-on research practice: interviews, usability tests, and the ability to turn findings into concrete changes
  • Comfortable with product data — you can read metrics and translate them into design decisions
  • Fluency with AI tools for prototyping and building, or a real appetite to get there fast. You don't need to be an engineer, but you should be able to get a working prototype in front of someone
  • Experience working closely with engineers; you understand how things get built

Nice to have

  • SaaS, creator economy, marketplace, or EdTech background
  • Frontend familiarity (React or similar)
  • German language skills
  • Familiar with AI tools to run analysis, prototype or ship codes

Who Thrives Here

You'd rather own an outcome than complete a task. You're curious about how AI changes design work and have already started experimenting. You like small teams, direct decisions, and seeing your work in customers' hands quickly.
