Warehouse Manager (Johor - Manufacturer)
About this role
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch activities
- Ensure efficient use of Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ERP systems to maintain inventory accuracy
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including warehouse automation and robotics implementation
- Manage and lead a warehouse team, ensuring productivity and operational efficiency
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate month-end stock counts, including weekend work when required
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth production and delivery flow
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum five (5) years of working experience in the manufacturing industry
- Familiar with WMS and ERP systems
- Knowledge in warehouse automation and robotics
- Understanding of barcode and RFID systems
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to liaise with China-based suppliers
- Knowledge of QHSE and Food Safety Management Systems is essential
