Senior Logistics Coordinator (1-year Contract)
About this role
- Coordinate with suppliers, shipping companies, and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery arrangements.
- Monitor and schedule machine movements from warehouses with transporters.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to shipping, logistics, and goods movement.
- Track delivery schedules and follow up on shipment status.
- Identify and resolve logistics or delivery issues in coordination with relevant teams.
- Ensure proper record keeping and timely updates of logistics activities.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Experience with logistics coordination (Land Transportation)
- Proficient in AutoCount, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Prior experience in logistics, coordination, or administrative work will be an added advantage.
