About the Role
We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Senior Finance Executive to support our financial operations and day-to-day business administration. This is a dual-function role - part finance operations, part office administration, ideal for someone who enjoys being the backbone of a well-run, fast-moving team.
You'll handle client payment follow-ups, coordinate invoices and service provider payments, maintain financial records, and keep our operational and compliance matters running smoothly.
What You'll Do
Finance & Payment Administration
- Follow up with clients on outstanding payments and maintain accurate payment records
- Issue client invoices and coordinate payments to service providers
- Maintain accounting records, payment logs, and supporting documentation
- Manage the company's day-to-day treasury activities
Administrative & Operational Support
- Track and manage corporate compliance matters including annual return filings
- Monitor subscription services, corporate email accounts, and software renewals — ensuring timely payments and renewals
- Maintain records of important expiry dates and renewal deadlines
- Organize and maintain company documents, records, and filing systems
- Coordinate office supplies procurement and general office management
- Provide broad administrative and operational support to the team as needed
Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin and English — required for client and internal communication
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance administration, accounting support, or office administration
- Basic knowledge of invoicing, payment tracking, and accounting documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and general office productivity tools
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Responsible, proactive, and comfortable working in a lean team environment
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, SQL, or similar)
- Experience supporting corporate compliance or regulatory filings
- Prior exposure to a startup or small team environment
