About this role

  • Assist in statutory audits for a portfolio of SME clients across various industries
  • Prepare audit working papers and perform audit testing procedures
  • Support in the drafting of financial statements
  • Communicate with clients to gather information and documentation required for audit purposes
  • Complete assigned tasks on time and to a high standard of quality


    • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Pursuing or have begun a professional qualification — ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, or MICPA; membership with a professional accounting body is encouraged
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in audit/accounting firm 
  • Basic understanding of MFRS/MPERS and audit procedures is a plus
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
  • Experience in an SME firm environment is an advantage
