Logistics Assistant Manager (Johor - Manufacturer)

• From factory / third-party (Co-Manufacturer / Supplier) to warehouse
  
• From factory / warehouse to customers
  
• From factory / warehouse to intercompany entities
  
• To and from Co-Packers
  

• Ensure effective execution of both local and export logistics operations
  
• Manage and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including import/export and customs clearance procedures
  
• Drive continuous improvement in warehouse logistics and distribution to enhance service levels and reduce operational costs
  
• Identify opportunities across the end-to-end supply chain to minimize waste, optimize efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction
  
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
  
• Experience in international trading, particularly container export operations
  
• Familiar with customs procedures, clearance processes, port operations, and freight forwarding workflow
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Good communication skills with the ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders across different levels
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage operational challenges effectively
