Head of Human Resources (Public Listed)

• Develop and execute the HR strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives and growth plans.
  
• Review and strengthen the organisation structure, roles, responsibilities and reporting lines.
  
• Build and implement structured HR systems, policies and processes across the employee lifecycle.
  
• Establish effective frameworks for performance management, KPIs, compensation, career progression, talent and succession planning.
  
• Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition and organisational development.
  
• Build a strong performance-driven and accountable company culture.
  
• Develop HR reporting, analytics and systems to support management decision-making.
  
• Ensure HR policies, processes and employee practices are compliant and consistently applied.
  
• Lead and develop the HR team, establishing clear responsibilities, KPIs and operating standards.
  
• Be hands-on in execution, personally driving key HR initiatives and solving operational issues when required.
  
• Act as a strategic HR partner to the CEO and management team, providing practical advice on people and organisational matters.
  

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with experience in a senior HR leadership role.
  
• Proven track record in building, restructuring or transforming HR functions.
  
• Strong in HR strategy, organisational design, systems and process development.
  
• Commercially minded with strong business acumen.
  
• Strategic thinker who is also hands-on and execution-focused.
  
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing and changing environment.
