WHAT WE OFFER

We estimate the salary range for this position to be between $45,000 and $55,000 annually. Additionally, we offer extended health and dental benefits, Group RSP with employer matching, a generous bank of wellness days, and industry perks. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The successful candidate will cover the following duties and responsibilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain an accurate aging report and reconcile A/R balance to G/L
Record payments to customer accounts, and follow up on any discrepancies
Assist in the collection of accounts through correspondence by telephone, e-mail, letters, and statements
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly accounts receivable reports, including but not limited to, receivable aging, cash receipts
Create credit memos as required
Customer account maintenance
Respond to customer inquiries over phone and email

QualificationsREQUIREMENTS

Ability to deal with delicate financial situations with tact and diplomacy
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Good command of the English language (written and verbal)
BBA - Accounting, or a diploma/certificate in Accounting or Bookkeeping required.
Strong problem-solving skills
Experience in E-commerce (PayPal, Shopify) reconciliations and a manufacturing apparel environment would be an asset
ERP Systems experience; NetSuite experience an asset
