Project Engineer
Daleville, VA | Munters Corporation

Munters, a global leader in energy-efficient climate solutions, is hiring a Project Engineer to support custom HVAC system design for data centers and commercial clients. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full product lifecycle—from concept to production.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create mechanical drawings, BOMs, and project documentation
  • Support manufacturing and resolving production challenges
  • Drive design improvements and cost optimization (DFM)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Translate customer requirements into engineered solutions

What We’re Looking For:

  • B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology
  • Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD tools
  • Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills
  • HVAC knowledge preferred (not required)
