Role Overview

Multiplier AI is looking for a Google My Business (GMB) – SEO Executive (Junior) to support the management and optimization of Google Business Profiles (GBP) for leading healthcare brands. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of SEO or digital marketing experience who are looking to build expertise in Local SEO, Hyperlocal Search, and AI Search Optimization (AEO/GEO).

Comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided to help you develop into an enterprise-level Local SEO specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Google Business Profile (GBP) Management

• Assist in creating, verifying, and optimizing Google Business Profiles.
  
• Ensure business information remains accurate, complete, and consistent across all locations.
  
• Resolve common profile issues, including duplicate listings and incorrect business information.
  
• Monitor profile health and maintain compliance with Google's best practices.
  

Local SEO & Hyperlocal Optimization

• Support Local SEO initiatives to improve visibility on Google Maps and Local Pack results.
  
• Assist with citation building and local business listings.
  
• Update and optimize local landing pages.
  
• Implement basic schema markup under the guidance of senior SEO specialists.
  
• Gain hands-on experience with AI Search Optimization (AEO/GEO) strategies.
  

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor key local SEO metrics, including:
  
• Website clicks
  
• Phone calls
  
• Direction requests
  
• Search visibility
  
• Keyword rankings
  
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards using Excel or Google Sheets.
  
• Support data analysis to identify optimization opportunities.
  

Collaboration & Learning

• Work closely with senior SEO professionals on enterprise-scale Google Business Profile management.
  
• Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives.
  
• Continuously learn emerging trends in Local SEO, AI Search, and Google Business Profile optimization.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

Required

• 1–2 years of experience in SEO, Digital Marketing, or Google Business Profile management.
  
• Basic understanding of:

• Off-Page SEO
  
• Keyword Research
  
• Local SEO fundamentals
  
• Familiarity with tools such as:
  
• Google Search Console
  
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  
• SEMrush
  
• Ahrefs
  
• Moz (or similar SEO platforms)
  
• Strong willingness to learn new Local SEO tools and technologies.
  
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Exposure to Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Hospital, or Diagnostics industries.
  
• Interest in AI Search Optimization, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
