All-Source Intelligence Analyst
About this role
- Performs all-source analysis to provide predictive and actionable intelligence.
- Assesses the capabilities, limitations, and vulnerabilities of foreign long-range, land-based ballistic missiles, and their associated operations, ground support equipment (GSE) and facilities.
- Coordinates with senior leadership to develop analysis plans that address Key Intelligence Questions (KIQ).
- Reports progress, seeks feedback, and submits products for review.
- Authors and publishes Finished Intelligence (FINTEL) reports.
- Supports briefings, tours, ad-hoc tasks, working groups, conferences, and other relevant forums, as required.
- Strong research and technical writing skills.
- Knowledgeable in several engineering disciplines and systems engineering concepts.
- Experience conducting research on a wide variety of topics, to render concise analytic conclusions.
- Familiarity working with agencies and partners of the Department of Defense (DoD) and/or the Intelligence Community (IC).
- Ability to work independently planning, coordinating and executing work, at times with little oversight and guidance, as part of a larger team comprised of civilian and military personnel.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint and OneNote.
- Knowledgeable in Intelligence Community (IC) analytic standards and publishing workflows.
- Familiarity or working knowledge of the six basic intelligence sources, or collection disciplines: SIGINT, IMINT, MASINT, HUMINT, OSINT, and GEOINT.
- Basic understanding of ballistic missile concepts, operations, sub-systems, and employment techniques.
- Understanding of foreign and/or domestic weapons systems.
- 5+ years of experience directly related to the above responsibilities.
- Bachelor of Science in relevant scientific or technical discipline and between either:
- Between 5 to 20 years of job-related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or between 3 to 15 years of job-related experience with a Master's degree.
- Possesses an active Top Secret security clearance, based upon a Single Scope Background (SSBI or SBPR).
- Must currently have or be eligible for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access.
