MTSI is seeking a Senior Air Vehicle IT Systems Continuous Support Logistician to support an advanced air platform program at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, OH.

Overview:
The Air Vehicle IT Systems Continuous Support Logistician provides lifecycle, sustainment, and configuration support to advanced air vehicle systems within the NGAD Family of Systems portfolio. This role integrates logistics expertise with IT system support, ensuring air system digital infrastructure is maintained, documented, and continuously improved to meet program goals and warfighter needs.

Key Responsibilities:
·       Support the planning, development, and implementation of IT-based logistics processes for NGAD air vehicle systems.
·       Maintain and update system documentation, technical data, configuration records, and digital artifacts associated with air vehicle IT infrastructure.
·       Assist with lifecycle sustainment planning, including provisioning, maintenance concepts, and support equipment requirements.
·       Coordinate with engineers, program managers, cybersecurity personnel, and system integrators to ensure IT systems align with operational and sustainment needs.
·       Track system health, software versions, patches, updates, and configuration baselines using government and contractor data systems.
·       Provide inputs to Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) products such as LORA, RAM analyses, tech orders, training requirements, and maintenance planning.
·       Support digital engineering workflows and ensure data continuity across model-based systems and logistics databases.
·       Contribute to risk identification, mitigation planning, and sustainment readiness assessments.
·       Prepare reports, briefings, and documentation for leadership, stakeholders, and milestone reviews.
·       Ensure compliance with Air Force, DoD, and security requirements for IT-enabled air vehicle systems.

Required Qualifications:
·       10+ years of experience in logistics, sustainment, or IT system support within DoD or aerospace programs.
·       Understanding of aircraft or air vehicle systems, software sustainment, and digital engineering practices.
·       Ability to interpret technical documentation, system architectures, and configuration management data.
·       Familiarity with DoD lifecycle logistics, supply chain principles, and sustainment policies.
·       Ability to work in a classified environment and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
·       Strong communication skills and ability to present information clearly to senior leaders.
·       Active DoD Secret clearance (Top Secret/SAP preferred for NGAD roles).
·       Bachelor's degree in a business, logistics or project management discipline required

Preferred Qualifications:
·       Prior experience supporting Air Force acquisition programs, especially within air dominance or advanced systems portfolios.
·       Knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), digital thread, and digital twin sustainment concepts.
·       Experience with AF logistics systems, sustainment planning tools, or IT configuration management platforms.
·       Advanced degree or certifications in logistics, systems engineering, IT management, or related fields.
