💰 Salary: starting from £52,237.25
📝 Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday | Centre operating hours 8:00am–4:00pm
🚗 Travel to regional sites required (travel reimbursed and free parking available)

You'll be supported by experienced clinical leaders, including Clinical Team Leaders, Professional Development and Safeguarding Leads, enabling you to focus on what you do best: developing people, improving services and delivering exceptional care.
What We're Looking For
Essential
✔ Registered Nurse or Midwife with current NMC Adult registration
✔ Previous people management and clinical leadership experience
✔ Strong understanding of clinical governance, quality and patient safety
✔ Experience leading and developing healthcare teams
✔ Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
✔ Ability to travel regularly between Oxford, Reading and Chesham
You'll particularly stand out if you have experience in Women's Health, Gynaecology or Reproductive Healthcare, have led teams across multiple sites, and can demonstrate a track record of driving service improvements.
