Your Purpose

Join the MSC Cruises Excellence Hub in Valencia as a Sales Operations Specialist and support the transformation, standardization, and continuous improvement of Direct Sales operations across our international markets.

The role will support the design, coordination, and execution of operational initiatives and projects that contribute to the growth and consolidation of the Valencia Direct Sales Hub as a Center of Excellence. Acting as a key liaison between markets and central functions, you will help drive alignment, facilitate communication, monitor project progress, and ensure the timely delivery of key activities and objectives.

You will be responsible for preparing business insights, reports, presentations, and project documentation, while supporting stakeholders with data-driven recommendations and operational best practices. Your Impact

Initiatives & Project Coordination
  • Support the execution and continuous development of initiatives contributing to the growth and consolidation of the Valencia Direct Sales Hub across markets.
  • Coordinate project activities and cross-functional workstreams, ensuring alignment, timely execution, and effective stakeholder collaboration.
  • Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and action plans, proactively tracking progress and supporting issue resolution.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment among internal stakeholders involved in hub development and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to the definition of business requirements to support future enhancements and scalability.

Business Planning & Stakeholder Support
  • Prepare executive presentations, reports, and business materials to support strategic initiatives, governance meetings, and leadership reviews.
  • Consolidate information from multiple sources and transform it into clear, actionable insights and high-quality business communications.
  • Support project governance activities by tracking key actions, progress updates, and stakeholder communications.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to ensure transparency and alignment across ongoing initiatives.

Business Insights & Growth Enablement
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking activities to identify best practices, trends, and opportunities supporting Direct Sales growth.
  • Gather and analyze information from internal and external stakeholders to support the evaluation of new initiatives and business opportunities.
  • Contribute to business cases, recommendations, and commercial proposals that support operational excellence and the continued evolution of the Valencia Direct Sales Hub.

Your Journey so far

  • 3-4 yars of experience in sales operations support, teleselling experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience in working with sales CRM - Salesforce and Confluence experience is highly appreciate.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint and presentation building capabilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to structure information clearly.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining strong follow-up discipline.
  • Proactive mindset and strong execution focus.
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in an international environment and coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure progress against agreed timelines.

Your Essentials

  • Fluency in English required, additional languages are a plus
