Your Purpose
Join our MSC Cruises Excellence Hub in Valencia as a Personal Cruise Consultant, a high-performance sales role for commercially driven professionals who excel at building trust, guiding customers, and closing high-value bookings.
This is a consultative, relationship-based position, where you will support customers at key decision moments, helping them choose the right cruise experience while contributing directly to conversion and revenue growth.
With a strong sense of ownership and pride, you will create meaningful interactions that reflect the quality and care of MSC Cruises creating experiences that build trust and drive results.

Your Impact
Expert Product Advisory
- Master MSC itineraries, ships, cabins, pricing logic and competitive positioning
- Recommend tailored solutions balancing customer needs with premium brand experience
- Position MSC value proposition effectively versus competitors
Operational Excellence
- Build and grow personal client portfolio through structured follow-ups and reactivation
- Maintain long-term relationships driving repeat business and incremental revenue
- Manage accurate CRM records ensuring structured pipeline and qualified leads
- Adhere to schedules, performance targets, and quality guidelines set by the Hub leadership
- Thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment, managing customer communications across multiple channels (phone, chat, and other platforms) while maintaining high service standards
Sales and Conversion
- Manage consultative sales conversations from initial customer interest through to booking confirmation
- Support customers in choosing the most suitable cruise solution based on their needs and preferences
- Drive booking conversion, upselling and overall commercial performance
- Contribute directly to individual sales and revenue targets
Client Portfolio Development
- Build and progressively develop a personal client portfolio
- Maintain customer relationships over time to encourage repeat bookings and long-term value
- Manage structured follow-ups, reactivation opportunities and future sales potential
- Work on both inbound customer requests and proactive outbound contacts from existing databases and commercial campaigns
Product Advisory
- Develop strong knowledge of MSC itineraries, ships, cabins, pricing logic and promotions
- Provide clear, reliable and personalized advice to customers
- Recommend tailored solutions while maintaining a premium customer experience
- Communicate the MSC value proposition effectively and credibly
- Final incentive mechanics and compensation details will be shared during the recruitment process
Your Journey so far
Experience & Background
- Experience in consultative, phone-based sales of complex or high-value products is a strong advantage
- Ability to manage customer conversations from initial interest through to booking confirmation
- Experience in building and managing a personal client portfolio (follow-ups, repeat clients, reactivation) is highly valued
- Previous experience in travel, hospitality or other service-oriented industries is a plus
- Experience in customer-facing environments such as retail, hotels, resorts, tourism, guest services, resort entertainment teams or similar roles involving direct interaction with customers will also be positively valued

- Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a strong advantage
- Full right to work in Spain
- Comfortable working in rotating shifts
Working Hours: Availability to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends (opening office 12/7)
