Your Purpose
As an Officer Staff Steward, you play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, order, and hospitality within the Officers and Staff quarters. Your attention to detail and dedication to service create a welcoming and comfortable environment for our team members. Under the direction of the Chief Crew Steward, you take responsibility for cleaning, organizing, and ensuring that all cabins and common areas meet company hygiene and service standards. Your role is essential in supporting a positive living and working environment on board.

Your Journey So Far
Proven experience in the same role or a similar housekeeping position in the hospitality industry, preferably aboard a cruise ship or in a high-standard hotel.
Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and housekeeping operations.
Ability to work efficiently and independently while maintaining high attention to detail.
Experience in managing cleaning supplies and ensuring proper inventory levels.
Demonstrated ability to provide professional and respectful service in a multicultural work environment.
Your Essentials
Relevant qualifications in hospitality, housekeeping, or a related field.
Fluency in English (oral and written); additional languages are a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible and service-oriented attitude.
Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to teamwork.
Physical ability to perform cleaning duties and work within shipboard conditions
