Your Purpose

In line with the development of MSC Cruises business in Brazil, the Junior CRM Analyst will support the execution of CRM strategies focused on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

The ideal candidate will be a process-oriented professional with high attention to detail, ensuring the seamless deployment of email marketing campaigns. You will act as a key link between local commercial needs and global guidelines provided by our headquarters.

Your Impact

  • Campaign Execution: Deploy and monitor email marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the global promotional calendar.
  • Content Adaptation: Translate and adapt global communication assets into Portuguese, ensuring the brand’s tone of voice and local market relevance.
  • Quality Asszurance (QA): Perform rigorous validation of all communications, including layout, copy, and functionality, to maintain a "zero-error" standard before deployment.
  • Reporting and Data Extraction: Extract performance metrics (e.g., open rates, CTR, conversion) and organize monthly reports to support the marketing team’s decision-making.
  • International Interface: Participate in tactical meetings with the global CRM team to align on upcoming priorities and ensure technical feasibility for the Brazilian market.
  • Process Documentation: Keep a structured record of all executed campaigns, assets, and segmentation logic for internal auditing and continuity.

Your Journey so far

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related fields
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for list management) and familiarity with digital marketing metrics.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe Journey Optimizer, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Fluent in Portuguese and Advanced of English (written and spoken)
