Your Impact

  • Lead the entire onboard F&B Operations, focused on Dining, Beverage, Wine, Provisions, and Public Health.
  • Is responsible for Food Safety in all areas of the department and in all aspects of food safety and quality of food and beverage.
  • Deliver on the brand standards and procedures.
  • Hands on leader who will inspire, guide and mentor the onboard team.

Your Purpose

The F&B Manager drives the onboard guest F&B experience.

Your Journey So Far

  • A minimum of 3-year experience as a F&B Director or Manager.
  • Extensive experience with diverse Luxury/Premium hospitality.
  • Extensive experience with Public Health/HACCP in particularly USPH.
  • Advanced knowledge on food safety.
  • Basic knowledge ISO 22000.
  • Previous experience in Start Ups/Pre-openings is an advantage.
  • Previous experience onboard international cruise ships.
  • Proficient in Computers. Knowledge of Microsoft programs to include but not limited to, Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • Proficient in English. Any additional European language is considered an advantage (Italian, Portuguese, German, Spanish and French).

Your Essentials

  • Passport, visas, certificates as specified by the company and as required for exit from the port of origin and entry into the destination cruising area.
  • Food Safety/HACCP or USPH certification.
