  • Define cloud landing zones, governance guardrails and standards covering security, compliance, resilience and cost (FinOps).
  • Review High-Level Designs (HLD) with delivery and product teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture.
  • Assess and select cloud services and technologies, balancing innovation, total cost of ownership and risk.

  • Promote architecture reuse and knowledge-sharing across the Cloud Chapter and the wider EA community.
  • Track emerging cloud trends and evolve the cloud reference architecture accordingly.
  • Contribute to CapEx/OpEx governance through capacity, cost and performance optimization.

  • Experience in complex, multi-divisional enterprise environments.
  • Strong technical skills across at least one major cloud platform (Azure preferred — landing zones, AKS, networking, Key Vault), Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Bicep), architecture modelling tools and FinOps practices.
  • Strategic and systems thinking, with the ability to connect business strategy to technology decisions.
  • Stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, stakeholders, partners and vendors.
  • Problem-solving with a de-risking mindset.
  • Collaboration and knowledge-sharing across chapters and communities of practice.
