We incorporate all Chef de Partie's in the development of new menus, ensuring all food preparation meets company standards and health regulations. Your role includes supervising and training junior kitchen staff, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and monitoring portion and waste control. Collaboration with other kitchen sections is essential for smooth service.

Your Journey So Far
You have proven experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role, preferably on board cruise ships. Previous experience within luxury hotel, fine-dining restaurant are a welcomed plus. You hold a formal culinary qualification from a recognized institution, showcasing your technical skills and knowledge.
You have a strong foundation in international cuisine, with the ability to execute high-end dishes with precision and creativity.
You are well-versed in food safety and hygiene protocols, ensuring compliance with HACCP standards and company guidelines.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills, adaptability, and attention to detail.
You are a team player who collaborates effectively with senior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain a seamless operation.
Your Essentials
Fluent English communication skills (both spoken and written) to interact with the culinary team and guests when required.
Proven experience in a fine-dining or luxury hospitality setting, preferably onboard a cruise ship or in a high-end hotel/restaurant.
Culinary certification or equivalent qualification that aligns with international culinary standards.
Ability to work under pressure, manage time efficiently, and maintain consistency in high-quality food production.
Passion for excellence in gastronomy, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Understanding of food safety regulations, ensuring adherence to HACCP standards and cruise line sanitation policies.
