Responsabilidades

Primary Responsibilities of the Marketing Communications Intern

  • Manage and maintain the inventory of promotional materials and marketing merchandise.
  • Receive, track, and coordinate the distribution of promotional materials.
  • Monitor vendor payment processes and ensure supporting documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Create and follow up on Purchase Requisitions (PRs) within corporate systems.
  • Manage and maintain marketing assets within Bynder, ensuring the digital asset library remains organized and up to date.
  • Coordinate vendor onboarding and vendor information updates within internal systems.
  • Track and follow up on JIRA tickets and requests to ensure timely completion and delivery.
  • Support the logistical coordination of events, campaigns, and communication initiatives.
  • Monitor purchase orders, invoices, and budget-related documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support project execution and ensure timely deliverables.
  • Maintain and update departmental databases, records, and documentation.
  • Provide general operational and administrative support to Marketing Communications activities to ensure efficient execution of projects and initiatives.

 


Requisitos

 

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and project coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Familiarity with digital asset management platforms (e.g., Bynder) is desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to supporting team objectives.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) preferred.
