Responsibilities

  • Support Quality Engineers with day-to-day quality assurance and quality improvement activities.
  • Assist in the investigation, analysis, and resolution of product, process, and supplier quality issues using structured problem-solving methodologies.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze quality data to identify trends, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and support data-driven decision making.
    Participate in root cause investigations and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities.
  • Assist in conducting process audits, layered process audits, and product inspections to verify compliance with quality standards.
  • Assist with validation and verification activities for new products, manufacturing processes, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to improve product quality and manufacturing performance.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing defects, improving process capability, and eliminating waste.
  • Support statistical analysis activities using tools such as Excel, Minitab, or other quality software.
  • Help monitor supplier and manufacturing quality performance by preparing reports and dashboards.
  • Participate in Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Process Flow Diagram, and Control Plan development and updates as assigned.
  • Support customer quality investigations and warranty analysis by gathering and analyzing product performance data.
  • Perform other engineering and quality-related assignments as directed to support business objectives and professional development.
