About the job
As a Style Advisor at MR MARVIS, you help customers find their perfect (out)fit. With your eye for detail and personal approach, you offer tailored styling advice while creating a warm, inspiring atmosphere that makes every visitor feel welcome and well taken care of.
What’s on a typical to-do list:
Creating a great first impression by welcoming customers, engaging with them, informing them about our brand and store concept, and inspiring them to explore our collection;
Advising customers on products, quality, heritage and size selection. You are knowledgeable and exude confidence;
Providing expert advice with confidence and pride. This includes finding the right sizes for customers, and offering inspiring styling tips as a complimentary service.
Going the extra mile to elevate the customer’s shopping experience — whether that’s pinning long trousers for tailoring or offering a coffee or refreshment.
Ensuring the store always looks its best – inside and out.
Ask yourself, are you…
Enthusiastic, energetic and commercially minded, as well as patient, flexible, and presentable?
A good communicator who can genuinely listen to the customer?
Customer oriented?
Passionate about styling and not afraid to offer alternative products?
Interested in Fashion and Retail and enthusiastic about MR MARVIS (experience in a service-oriented industry such as hospitality or retail is a plus)?
Available up to 20 to 24 hours per week?
Fluent in both Dutch and English?
