What you'll do

• Daily customer support via email, phone, chat and social media

• Look for creative ways to delight our customers and go beyond industry standards

• Processing returns and reviews on Trustpilot or other portals

• Be the voice of the customer by improving the customer experience in close cooperation with a well-coordinated team and provide customer feedback to the company

What you'll bring

• Registered and resident in the Netherlands (this is mandatory)

• Highly proficient in spoken as well as written German and English (ideally native speaker in German, fluent in English, other languages are a plus)

• You are available at least 16 hours per week, including at least 8 hours regularly during the weekend.

• Previous existent customer service experience is a plus, especially in positions where multiple channels of communication were handled at the same time (e.g. phone, e-mail, chat)

• €17.74 per hour (incl. 9.6% vacation pay and 8% vacation allowance)
