Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Installation & Repair: Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures for water, gas, and drainage systems.
- Maintenance & Diagnostics: Troubleshoot, identify, and repair leaks, clogs, and malfunctions in plumbing systems.
- Code Compliance: Ensure all work meets local, state, and federal building codes and OSHA regulations.
- System Testing: Inspect and test pipe systems for leaks using pressure gauges.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret blueprints and building schematics to plan pipe layouts.
