About this role
To support our Production Support Team we are searching for a Junior Production Support Manager to be based in our Munich office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Production Support & Error Monitoring: You identify, investigate, and troubleshoot day-to-day platform errors, ensuring fast resolution and minimal business impact.
Order Management Operations: You support core order management operations and monitor daily order flow issues, ensuring smooth processing between the e-commerce platform and the ERP system.
Incident Management: You coordinate real-time incident responses by escalating critical platform issues, driving clear communication on business impact and estimated resolution times, and maintaining post-mortem documentation for continuous improvement.
CMS & Content Maintenance: You maintain operational site content within the CMS (e.g. size guides, policy pages, shipping info, checkout tooltips), ensuring accuracy across transactional customer touchpoints.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: You work closely with Engineering, Product, and Business teams to document issues, clarify requirements, and keep stakeholders aligned.
QA & UAT Coordination: You support test planning and execution for the release of new features, tracking bugs and coordinating fixes with engineering teams.
Documentation & Process: You maintain clear, up-to-date documentation of processes, issues, and resolutions to support knowledge sharing across teams.
WHO YOU ARE
Experience: You have 1–2 years of experience in production support, digital operations, or QA, ideally within e-commerce or a fast-paced digital environment.
Domain Knowledge: You have basic understanding of end-to-end e-commerce order lifecycles (payment authorization, fulfillment, inventory, and returns).
Technical Skills: You are comfortable using ticketing and documentation tools (JIRA, Confluence), ERP systems (Business Central or similar), Content Management Systems (CMS), and Google Workspace; quick to master new technical tools.
Problem-Solving: You are detail-oriented and methodical, able to find root causes rather than just symptoms, with strong judgment on when and how to escalate critical issues and keep stakeholders informed.
Communication: You are a fluent English speaker with strong written and verbal skills, comfortable bridging communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Mindset: You are organized, proactive, and calm under pressure, able to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-changing environment.
