Here's a breakdown of what you'll be doing:
Enter and manage technical specifications and essential product information on a daily basis
Maintain an up-to-date product catalog, ensuring the highest standards of
quality and accuracy in product details and featuresCollaborate with copy editors in maintaining the product details aligned with the company’s ToV and legal guidelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy of product
detailsOrganize and maintain resources for the Team Copy, ensuring they are easily
accessible and up-to-dateStay informed about product trends to recommend adjustments and new
features that improve SEO, sales performance, and enrich the customer
experienceEnsure clothing racks and trolleys remain organized
The type of person we are looking for:
Fashion competence and knowledge of luxury brands, products, textiles, and
industry standards and best practicesExcellent time management, organizational skills, and keen attention to detail,
ensuring the utmost accuracy in product informationProactive and analytical thinker, always seeking opportunities for improvement, optimization, and efficient workflows
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to collaborate effectively and address product listing challenges
Excellent written and verbal English skills
Familiar with digital organizing tools, MS Office, and CMS systems; comfortable working in digital environments
Education or experience in journalism, creative writing, translation, literature, or fashion-related fields
1. Starting annual gross base salary: €25,102.56. Final compensation may vary based on relevant experience, qualifications, and objective, gender-neutral criteria applied during the selection process.
2. For Italy, the respective CCN: „Collective Bargaining Agreement: CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi (Commercio)
