🔥 HVAC Technician — $60K–$85K+ | Company Van | No Nights or Weekends Mr. Handyman of Hendersonville | Hendersonville, TN (Greater Nashville)
What you'll take home:
- $35–$38/hr depending on experience + performance bonuses

What the job looks like: You'll run residential HVAC service calls in Hendersonville and the surrounding Nashville suburbs — diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating and cooling systems for homeowners. We keep your schedule full so you focus on the work, not hunting for leads. Our CSR team handles booking and follow-up. You show up, do great work, and go home.
What you'll be doing:
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (heat pumps, split systems, furnaces, air handlers)
- Perform tune-ups and preventative maintenance
- Communicate findings and options clearly to homeowners
- Represent the Mr. Handyman brand with professionalism
What we need from you:
- 3+ years residential HVAC service experience
- EPA 608 Certification (required)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license, clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting skills and good customer communication
- HVAC/R license or ability to obtain preferred
