  • Manage user access, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and security controls across Salesforce and integrated sales tools.
  • Troubleshoot bugs, field errors, and integration defects within Salesforce, serving as a point of escalation for complex support requests.
  • Perform data maintenance activities including data cleansing, deduplication, field validation, and data imports/exports.
  • Lead requirements gathering workshops to translate complex business demands into technical specifications and detailed user stories for both admin and development team backlogs.
  • Support intake prioritization and drive sprint grooming sessions to align GTM business requirements with technical delivery execution.
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable declarative solutions using core Salesforce capabilities, including advanced Flows and custom objects.
  • Develop test cases, organize User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business owners, and ensure release readiness across administrative and custom code deployments.
  • Create process documentation, system workflows, and end-user training materials to drive system adoption.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce seasonal releases, features, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years as a Salesforce Administrator in a SaaS or high-growth environment.
  • Active Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst Certification preferred.
  • Proven track record handling daily platform support, user security, and data management while grooming backlogs for technical teams.
  • Deep proficiency with declarative automation (Salesforce Flow), validation logic, security controls, custom reports/dashboards, and GTM tool integrations.
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB SaaS sales cycles, recurring revenue structures, and sales operations workflows.
  • Ability to prioritize competing business demands and manage cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
