ACCOUNTABILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Supports the development and execution of web-based digital marketing strategies across e-commerce channels, ensuring effective cross-functional coordination to drive business growth, in partnership with corporate and, global teams, reporting to the Digital Marketing Director– International.
- Create and manage the implementation of all mail plans and list segmentation strategies for direct mail and complex email list acquisition campaigns throughout the assigned region. Managing the process from inception to completion and delivery of post-campaign analysis, measurement and reporting on results.
- Responsible for written and graphical content on all direct customer communication.
- Conducts analysis to improve future marketing campaigns and plans. Provides market analysis as it relates to competitors, new products and advertising trends.
- Drives cross‑channel performance measurement, analytics, and insights, to support business growth and inform strategic decision making.
- Manage direct mail expense budget and report on actual vs. planned expenditures.
- Provides day-to-day leadership, coaching, and guidance to the digital marketing team to drive adoption of best practices and support ongoing team development.
- Work directly with the Corporate Paid Search Team to manage the assigned region paid search program.
- Perform customer profiling, segmentation and analysis of purchase pattern behavior to maximize acquisition efforts.
- Responsible for localizing corp tech content for optimization, on new products, applications, direct marketing, and technical
documents.
- Supports and participates in company total quality process.
- Develops and maintains a productive work teams including hiring qualified personnel, training, and managing performance management, transfer, advancement, and termination.
- Manages teams with integrity, ethical business practices, and in accordance with Mouser policies, procedures, and practices.
- Manages daily operations to meet department and company objectives.
- Works with minimum supervision and makes independent judgments.
- Flexible to meet the changing needs of the business and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments.

SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS
- Proven background in marketing products and successfully defining their opportunities in assigned region.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and internet business, with the ability to analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs. Experience in a multinational or electronics distribution industry environment is an advantage.
- Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal/written communications and interpersonal skills for communicating, and building relationships, with extensive internal and external customers.
- Analytical skills for assessing strengths and weaknesses of marketing & programs and related results.
- Convincing personality who embodies ideas, energy, courage and values and who is an accepted partner for all relevant levels of internal and external management.
- Sound knowledge of all relevant IT / office applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication, local language and English minimum.
- Valid passport/travel documents, including for international travel, and available for minimum assigned region and US travel.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field, or minimum of 3 years prior work experience that is relevant to the team you will manage. Including:
- Internal candidates: Minimum 2 years as a highly performing Mouser Team Lead or Supervisor.
- External candidates: Minimum 3 years as a supervisor or higher-level management position
- Experience managing in an international environment across cultures and various countries.
