Purpose of Role: The Industrial Electrician will provide support and installation for various types of equipment. The equipment will include electrical works on compressors, motors, industrial electrical and wiring systems. The candidate will handle assigned opportunities, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance tasks to minimize impact to production and improve equipment reliability. To be successful in this role, the following qualities are critical: possess the ability to learn new processes and systems, maintain integrity with all daily activities, work with limited supervision, understanding of electrical systems or industrial experience in electrical and mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and install various components and electrical systems at the site including conduit, lighting systems, electric motors and controls, and will work with single phase, 3-phase, and 24v systems.
- Have demonstrated ability to read blueprints and schematics, troubleshoot AC/DC control circuits, along with drives.
- Will also be a key resource in maintaining and servicing 3-phase electrical systems, power distribution, MCC, lighting, and running conduit as required to add or change locations of devices.
- Can manage project work in self-directed manner, working safely and proactively, and can manage the ordering communication of component needs to maintain the open work orders and budget control for the department projects.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment as an electrician or other equivalent technical trade
- Associate's degree in industrial maintenance with a focus on electrical or electro-mechanical, or equivalent experience.
