Mining Workshop Supervisor (m/f) (EN)
Supervise daily workshop operations; Manage and coordinate staff schedules and tasks; Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards; Maintain and oversee workshop equipment and tools; Train and mentor workshop staff; Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues; Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Prepare reports on workshop performance.
Job Requirements and Competencies Profile
- Mandatory education or equivalent technical course;
- Knowledge in electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics and ironwork;
- Professional experience in equipment maintenance in the mining sector;
- Experience in stock management and maintenance teams;
- Knowledge of information and communication technologies;
