Equipment Planning & Reliability Manager (m/f) (EN)
Ensure HSE compliance; Ensure RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance); Optimize predictive maintenance strategies; Analyze failure data; Manage condition monitoring; Report Maintenance KPIs; Implement continuous improvment action plan.
Job Requirements and Skills Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management or equivalent;
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in planning and reliability management of mining equipment;
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, with emphasis on Excel and Power BI;
- Knowledge of SAP (preferred);
- Fluency in English and/or Russian;
- Planning and organization skills;
- Rigour and reliability;
- Leadership;
- Analysis and problem-solving skills;
- Initiative, Proactivity and Resilience;
- Availability for mobility.
