Print Operator 2nd shift

Hourly Rate - $20.00 - $25.00
The Large-Format Print Operator will be responsible for printing on various types of materials to high quality standards. The Operator will employ the use digital files to rip, panel and print graphics. In addition to the printing itself, the associate is also responsible for; preparing, transporting and loading material; performing quality and maintenance checks; organizing in-house work into a structured work flow; maintaining a clean work environment and comes equipped with a “can-do” attitude.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains daily printing and maintenance of UV, Latex and Dye Sub printers.
- Read and understand work orders, tech drawings, cut sheets and written instructions.
- Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.
- Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Ability to determine best material yield and maintain in-house inventory.
- Ability to multitask: prioritizing, maintaining professionalism and high quality of work.
- An even temperament and ability to adapt in a deadline driven environment.
- Assist in maintaining, cleaning, and organizing printing department and material storage.
- Other duties as assigned by team lead and/or Manager.
- Follow Moss Human Resources standards and policies.
