Production/Inventory Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Process and move production and other materials into and out of storage, production, and other locations to support the flow of production following standard work instructions.
  • Monitor work in process.
  • Communicates the status of parts and materials using automated systems and manual reporting methods to ensure parts availability.
  • Identify and solve problems or discrepancies of limited scope with parts and materials using established procedures or processes.
  • Coordinate with various functions to set priorities, expedite, and complete production activities to avoid schedule delays.
    Works under general supervision.

 

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma and 1+ year relevant experience
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.; Frequent lifting up to 10 lbs.; Occasional carrying, lifting, pushing/pulling up to 45 pounds of force, walking, standing, balancing; Frequent reaching overhead and at or above shoulder; Frequent sitting; Frequent climbing
  • Ability to obtain Forklift certification/license
  • 1+ years with Forklift and/or stacker lift truck experience
  • 1+ years of aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing support experience
  • 1+ years of experience with inventory control

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with the ERPLN application
  • Experience working with (SAT) Shipside Action Tracker
  • Experience working with One BPS (One Boeing Production System)
  • Experience and system knowledge of Bessy, eTrac, CribMaster, CIMs, KITS, and/or Velocity
