Warehouse & Inventory | F-15 & B-52 Aircraft Programs

San Antonio, TX

$27.22/Hour

We are hiring a Production Coordinator in San Antonio, Texas to support F-15 and B-52 military aircraft maintenance, modification, and overhaul (MMO) programs. This role requires experience in warehouse inventory, material control, production scheduling, logistics coordination, forklift operation, and aerospace manufacturing environments to ensure materials are available to meet production schedules while maintaining inventory accuracy and compliance with safety and quality standards.


 

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, route, store, and issue materials in accordance with established inventory control and storage procedures.
  • Conduct inventory counts, monitor material condition, and report damaged or deteriorated inventory.
  • Prepare materials for shipment and coordinate material movement to support production schedules.
  • Review production schedules and analyze material requirements to ensure timely availability of parts, tools, and hardware.
  • Coordinate material flow between warehouse and production teams to minimize schedule delays.
  • Investigate material shortages, inventory discrepancies, and scheduling issues while identifying effective solutions.
  • Perform inventory analysis, material planning, configuration control, and production support activities.
  • Order parts, tools, materials, and equipment as required to support operational requirements.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, Foreign Object Damage (FOD) prevention, tool control, housekeeping, inventory control, and contractual requirements.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, after obtaining required certification.
  • Perform assigned duties while using required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Support additional program and operational activities as assigned by management.

 

Qualifications:

  • US Citizenship Required to Start
  • High school diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Minimum 1+ year of warehouse inventory experience, including inventory accuracy, material accountability, and warehouse operations.
  • Computer proficiency with experience using inventory or material management systems.
  • Current forklift certification or the ability to obtain a forklift license.
  • Experience supporting production scheduling, material planning, inventory control, or logistics operations is preferred.
  • Ability to:
    • Ascend and descend ladders and work in confined spaces.
    • Lift and carry up to approximately 35 pounds independently.
    • Participate in two-person lifts for items exceeding 50 pounds.
    • Frequently reach overhead, walk, stand, balance, bend, squat, crawl, sit, kneel, rotate the head and neck, and operate foot controls.
    • Work on elevated platforms and in high-noise industrial environments.
    • Wear required personal protective equipment, including eye, hearing, face, hand, and arm protection.
    • Pass required visual acuity and color perception testing.
    • Read, write, and comprehend English.
    • Safely handle and dispose of hazardous materials.
    • Obtain and maintain all required training and certifications.
  • Willingness to work any shift as required.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting military aircraft maintenance, modification, or overhaul programs.
  • Familiarity with F-15, B-52, aerospace manufacturing, defense logistics, or DoD warehouse operations.
  • Experience with inventory analysis, material planning, configuration management, or production coordination.
