About this role
We’re
hiring a Technical Product & Customer Marketing Manager to own how Moring
tells the story of our enterprise AI platform and agentic development to
technical and business buyers. You’ll translate a deep, technical product into
clear narratives, and you’ll get in the room with enterprise customers and
prospects to run AI discovery workshops, executive roundtables, and webinars
that move them from curiosity to commitment.
This
is a role for a technical marketer: someone who genuinely understands AI
platforms and agentic development for the enterprise, can hold a credible
conversation with platform and engineering leaders, and can turn that
understanding into white papers, talks, and customer stories that land. You’ll
work closely with our founders, product, and sales teams, and you’ll be as
comfortable on a whiteboard with a customer’s architects as you are drafting a
point-of-view paper. We build with a bias for action and we expect marketing to
create pipeline and advance deals, not just awareness.
Requirements
- Run AI discovery workshops. Lead structured discovery sessions with enterprise
customers and prospects, map their use cases, surface where an AI platform and
agentic development fit, and translate the outcomes into a clear path forward
with sales.
Own product marketing. Craft the positioning, messaging, and narrative for Moring’s platform and agentic development capabilities. Build the decks, one-pagers, demo stories, and battlecards the sales team uses every day. - Drive customer marketing. Turn customers into advocates, develop case studies,
reference stories, and customer roundtables that build proof and expand
accounts.
- Write white papers and POV content. Produce credible, technical white papers and points of
view on enterprise AI and agentic development that earn the trust of platform
and engineering leaders.
- Run webinars and roundtables. Plan and host webinars and executive roundtables end to
end, topic, speakers, content, and follow-up, that generate and advance
qualified pipeline.
Enable sales. Equip the founding sales team with the messaging, content, and competitive framing they need to win enterprise and financial-services deals. - Measure what matters. Tie
content, events, and workshops to pipeline influence and deal progression, not
vanity metrics
You
don’t need to check every box. We care most about the combination of technical
depth and the ability to communicate it.
- 3–6 years in product
marketing, technical marketing, developer marketing, or a closely related role
at a technical or enterprise software company.
- A real working
understanding of AI platforms and agentic development, enough to hold a
credible technical conversation with engineering and platform leaders.
- A track record running
customer-facing sessions, discovery workshops, webinars, or roundtables, and
producing white papers or technical content.
- Excellent written and
spoken English, and the ability to make complex technical ideas clear and
compelling
- Comfort working directly
with enterprise customers, sales, and founders.
- A bias toward shipping, you’d rather get a strong
paper or workshop in front of customers this month than perfect it next quarter
• Experience marketing to
enterprise or financial-services buyers.
• A prior software, data, or
solutions-engineering background, or hands-on experience building with LLMs
and agent frameworks.
• Familiarity with the
enterprise sales motion and tooling, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics.
The
ideal candidate is a technical marketer who is energized by enterprise AI, someone who can sit with a customer’s architects in the morning, run a webinar
in the afternoon, and ship a white paper by the end of the week. You’re
curious, self-directed, credible with technical audiences, and you own outcomes
end to end. Moring runs lean and profitable, so you’ll have real ownership and
the freedom to build on your own terms.
Location: Chennai,
India (on-site).
Type: Full-time,
mid-level individual contributor.
Focus: Product
marketing, customer marketing, and technical content for Moring’s enterprise AI
platform and agentic development offering.
To
apply, send your resume and a short note — or a sample white paper, talk, or
workshop you’ve run — to hr@moring.ai.
