IBD Seoul, Associate/Vice President

We are interested in speaking with Associate to Vice President level candidates who currently work in investment banking for future potential opportunities within our growing team.

Based in Seoul, you will be expected to focus on advanced financial modeling and provide all-round transaction support to senior and experienced professionals who will encourage you to go beyond the numbers and think creatively.

Daily responsibilities include managing day-to-day execution for M&A and capital markets transactions; financial modelling, financial and industry analysis, preparation of external marketing materials and internal reporting documents.

Qualifications / Skills Required
- A university degree (or equivalent) in Finance or related disciplines with excellent academic results
- Hands-on investment banking experience in deal or transaction support
- Strong analytical and numerical skills (financial modeling)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Korean are essential
- A positive, highly motivated individual who exhibits strong leadership and management qualities
- Strong team player who is able to work effectively in a team environment
